IDL-Pernod Ricard wanted to develop a world-class experience for training their brand ambassadors while staying true to Jameson’s values.  As their strategic partner, they charged us with finding a historic location that could not only fulfil their training needs, but when required, it also had to be capable of hosting one hell of a Jameson house party.

The Old Doll’s Hospital on George’s Street seemed to fit the bill, ideally located in the city centre with a heritage that went back decades. Butchers are associated with tradition, craft and conviviality, so it seemed the perfect facade for this experience to sit behind.

We worked closely with the Jameson team from concept through to completion to build a multi-level, multi-purpose and one of a kind experience.
